Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every piece is printed to order just for you. Production takes up to 10 business days, followed by 3–5 business days of standard shipping within the US — about 10–15 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping starts at $10 and is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

How do the tees fit?

Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717 — a relaxed, unisex fit that runs true to size. For an oversized, lived-in look, we recommend sizing up one size. You'll find the full size chart on each product page.

What are the tees made of, and how should I care for them?

Each tee is heavyweight, 100% ring-spun cotton and garment-dyed, which gives it a soft, broken-in feel from the first wear. Because of the garment-dyeing process, slight variations in color are part of each shirt's character. To keep your print looking its best, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low (or hang dry), and avoid ironing directly on the design.

Why is everything made to order?

Like a small press printing only the copies it needs, we make each piece after it's ordered. This means less waste and no overstock sitting in a warehouse — and it's why production takes a little longer than off-the-shelf clothing.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind — so please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, along with other local payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

Do you have a physical store?

Errata Press is an online-only shop, so there's no physical location to visit. Every order is printed and shipped directly to your door from our print partner.
